7-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
